You can book your session via our website.
Select the time slot that suits better for you, and you’ll receive an email + WhatsApp text confirming we’ve received your booking request. Please note that this is not an official confirmation of your booking - tocco studio doesn’t have its own home yet, we need to first check if our studio partners have availability for your chosen time.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to either confirm the booking or suggest a different time slot.
When the booking is locked in, you’ll receive a confirmation both by email and WhatsApp.

Yes - we take a 50% deposit upon booking confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to fill in a consultation form before our session. The Consultation form is important for us to understand if you have any medical condition, allergy or injury that could affect the treatment. Please note that your personal information will be protected and stored in an encrypted system. If there is anything you’d like to discuss before our session, feel free to get in touch and we’d be more than happy to arrange a consultation call.
If you’ve booked a holistic massage, we’d recommend you to avoid having a heavy meal just before the treatment - as you’ll be laying down that could affect your digestion and overall experience of the massage. If you’re coming for an abdominal massage, then you should have your last meal at least 2 hours before the treatment.
There is nothing you should bring for your session, come as you are! We’ve got everything sorted for you. However, since we use oils we’d recommend you to wear comfortable and loose clothes, easy to change in.

Just before the session we’ll make sure to give you the time and space to land, relax, and switch off. That can be done through a brief breathwork, a chat, or a cup of tea.
During the session you’ll be in your underwear and covered with towels - the parts of your body included in the treatment will be individually uncovered as we move through the different stages of the massage.
If you’re receiving an abdominal massage, you’ll be lying down on a futon and only your abdomen will be uncovered.
During a massage each person responds in a different way. Some can experience deep relaxation, others emotional releases, or racing thoughts. Any reaction, or non-reaction, is okay. Your body knows what it needs to do, you just have to trust it. We’re here to support you and provide a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to be yourself.

After a session, take your time to integrate. We’ll support you in this phase with some post-care advice and regular check-ins. We’re also available for any questions.

We operate on a 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. For a small independent business this is the best way to ensure stability. 48 hours notice allows us to have better control over our bookings management, and it give us the option to fill up the cancelled session with another booking.
If you cancel or reschedule after the 48 hours notice period, you’ll be charged full price. If more than 48 hours, 50% deposit will be refunded.
Please note that we want to do our best to be flexible and accommodating, but we also need to safeguard our financial security. Get in touch as soon as possible when you have some issues related to your booking.

We want you to have an un-rushed full experience from start to end. However, in a city like London, lateness gets in the way sometimes.
If you arrive late to your session be aware that the end time will still remain the same. Depending on how late you are, we won’t be able to carry out the full session but we can tailor it to the time we’ve got available.
Always let us know if you’re running late.
