MASSAGE PACKAGES - Chi Nei Tsang

Flowing Chi.

For Chi Nei Tsang we’d highly recommend to  do a course of 5 sessions plus. One session is for sure a great initial taster. However, the benefits maximise over a number of treatments. During a session, our bodies undergo deep physical and emotional detoxification - a process which is better to allow over a  longer period of time to avoid overloading ourselves ( from both a physical and emotional perspective). We’d recommend to start with one session every two weeks, and then one a month to maintain optimal chi flow.
