  • You can book your session via our website.

    Select the day and time that suits better for you, and you’ll receive an email  confirming we’ve received your booking. 

    In the booking confirmation message you’ll receive the details of your appointment and a few other useful information to know before our session.

    You’ll receive a booking reminder 24 hours before our session.

    If you encounter any issues when booking on our website, or you have a particular request, then don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Yes - we take a 50% deposit upon booking confirmation.

    This helps us to ensure bookings stability, reducing the chances of no-show or late cancellations.

  • Our home is at Telegraph Hill Centre - an independent community venue in the beautiful Telegraph Hill conservation area, nestled between New Cross Gate, Nunhead and Brockley.

    The closest stations are:

    Nunhead - 9 minutes

    Brockley - 11 minutes

    New Cross Gate - 12 minutes

  • Once the booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to fill in a consultation form before our session. The Consultation form is important for us to understand if you have any medical condition, allergy or injury that could affect the treatment. Please note that your personal information will be protected and stored in an encrypted system. If there is anything you’d like to discuss before our session, feel free to get in touch and we’d be more than happy to arrange a consultation call

    If you’ve booked a holistic massage, we’d recommend you to avoid having a heavy meal just before the treatment - as you’ll be laying down that could affect your digestion and overall experience of the massage. If you’re coming for an abdominal massage, then you should have your last meal at least 2 hours before the treatment.

    There is nothing you should bring for your session, come as you are! We’ve got everything sorted for you.

    However, since we use oils we’d recommend you to wear comfortable and loose clothes, easy to change in.

  • Just before the session we’ll make sure to give you the time and space to land, relax, and switch off.

    During a holistic massage you’ll be in your underwear and covered with towels - the parts of your body included in the treatment will be individually uncovered as we move through the different stages of the massage.

    If you’re receiving an abdominal massage, you’ll be lying  down on a futon and only your abdomen will be uncovered. 

    If you opted for the Thai yoga massage adds on, this will be delivered before the other chosen treatment and you will be fully dressed.

    During a treatment each person responds in a different way. Some can experience deep relaxation, others emotional releases, or racing thoughts. Any reaction, or non-reaction, is okay. Your body knows what it needs to do, you just have to trust it. We’re here to support you and provide a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to be yourself.

  • After a session, take your time to integrate. We’ll support you in this phase with some post-care advice and regular check-ins. We’re also available for any questions.

  • We operate on a 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. For a small independent business this is the best way to ensure stability. 48 hours notice allows us to have better control over our bookings management, and it give us the option to fill up the cancelled session with another booking. 

    If you cancel or reschedule after the 48 hours notice period, you’ll be charged full price. If more than 48 hours, 50% deposit will be refunded

    Please note that we want to do our best to be flexible and accommodating, but we also need to safeguard our financial security. Get in touch as soon as possible when you have some issues related to your booking. 

  • We want you to have an un-rushed  full experience from start to end. However, in a city like London, lateness gets in the way sometimes.

    We operate on a 15 minutes lateness policy.

    However, we might review it according to the circumstances.

    Please note that end time will still remain the same
